Common questions
How long does a website take?
Most small-business websites take two to four weeks from the first call to launch, depending on how many pages you need and how quickly content comes together.
Do I need a maintenance plan?
It isn't required, but websites need regular updates and backups to stay secure and working. A plan means you never have to think about it.
I already have a domain. Can you still help with email?
Yes. We can connect business email to your existing domain and make sure your DNS records are set up so mail is delivered reliably.
What kind of tasks can be automated?
Things like sending form submissions to a spreadsheet, booking confirmations, invoice reminders, follow-up emails and weekly summary reports. If you do it the same way every time, it can probably be automated.
Will I be able to update my website myself?
If you'd like to, yes. We can build on a platform you can edit and show you how. Or leave it to us with a maintenance plan.
